Hi, I'm not after the version by Van Morrison of the same name but a version that was made popular by Italian Umberto Tozi, he also sang Ti Amo. Tozi's is in Italian and I'd like the English version. Also Dan, I've been trying to find who sang a song in the mid '80's, I'd say about '86ish. "Lights of a Northern Town". The name that sprang immediately to mind was Patti Smith, who did an astounding version of Gloria on her 1975 album, Horses. Hi Dan, how goes it on the planet? It was a female solo around 2002/2003. She had dark hair and was singing about her feelings after spending the night with a good looking guy (in the vid.) who was a player. The lyrics went along the lines of her saying she wasn't in love or hurt she's just ????? It was either I'm just insecure or I'm just emotional. He wasn't keen to see her again and she was sort of pretending she didn't care. Shit, this isn't coming out right! It was flogged on MTV and such around the same time as Macy Grey's 'I try' and Kylie Minogue's 'Can't get you out of my head'.....I only know these songs as they were flogged at the same time....lol.
